BURA’s Planning Division serves as a resource for residents by providing community engagement and technical assistance in all neighborhoods.

Key functions:
• Collaborate with residents and stakeholders to help develop neighborhood-driven plans and projects
• Provide technical assistance and support to neighborhood groups to help them build capacity
• Connect community members with the city departments that can address their needs
• Assist other city departments with their neighborhood planning initiatives
